OBJJ Full Fitness Center is a 5,000 + square foot facility catering to the needs of both the avid athlete and those on a fitness program for good health. We offer a large cardio theatre area with a selection of Precor and Paramount functional training machines. The technology of equipment available is designed to build strength and muscle specifically targeting all areas of the body. Additionally, we offer a fully equipped free weight area.
Changing rooms are provided and included private showers and sauna.
OBJJ Full Fitness Center also offers a variety of fitness classes including: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Turbo Kick. The instruction and training offered is dedicated to quality and professionalism in a friendly, positive environment. Programs are available for men, women and children. ALL ARE WELCOME!
